Flat-leafed parsley grows to 2 to 3 ft. tall and 2 ft. wide; it is considered more flavorful than curly parsley. For curly-leafed parsley, see Petroselinum crispum crispum.

After date of average last spring frost, soak seed in water for 24 hours, then sow seed in place. Thin seedlings to 1 to 1 1/2 ft. apart as they mature.
