Sisyrinchium californicum

Native to coastal areas from California to British Columbia. Grows 6 in. to 2 ft. high, 8 to 10 in. wide. Dull green leaves are broader than those of Sisyrinchium idahoense bellum. Yellow flowers appear in late spring or early summer. Succeeds in wet or low spots.
