Sisyrinchium californicum

Native to coastal areas from California to British Columbia. Grows to 6 in. to 2 ft. tall and 8–10 in. wide. Dull green leaves are broader than those of S. idahoense bellum. Yellow flowers appear in late spring or early summer. Succeeds in wet or low spots.
