Forms a clump of stemsclothed with narrow, sharplytoothed, dark green leaves.Blooms over a long summerseason, when sparsely foliagedflowering stems are topped bybroad, dome-shaped clusters oftiny blossoms in blue, mauve,pink, or white. Good cut flowers.If sown early, will bloom firstyear (and so can be treated asa summer annual in colder climatesor as a winter annual inmild-winter desert).
