Plant is hardy to 18°F/–8°C. Grows slowly to 20 to 40 ft. tall, its top spreading 12 to 25 ft. Silvery blue, almost white leaves. Conspicuous creamy flowers. Takes heat and wind.

Brahea brandegeei

The plant is hardy to 26°F/–3°C. Slow grower to 40 ft. tall and 15 ft.wide, with slender, flexible trunk. Trunk sheds leaves when old. Leaves are 3 ft. long, light gray green.
