Australian ground cover to 3 ft. high, 6 ft. wide. It spreads steadily in loose, well-drained soil by suckering and by roots that sprout from trailing stems, but it is not invasive or weedy. Evergreen, narrowly oval leaves to 1 in. long. In spring and summer, many small dark blue flowers appear at ends of new growth.
