Native to China. Grows to 35–65 ft. tall, with strong branching pattern and a rounded crown 15–40 ft. wide. Has a clean look both in and out of leaf. Roundish to heart-shaped, 3–6-in.-long leaves are vivid green. Comes into bloom in spring; general effect is that of white doves resting among green leaves.
